Runway sessions at Støberiet

Runway is a category within ballroom culture. Ballroom is an underground subculture created by and for BIPOC LGBTQA+ community centered around balls, where you compete in various performance, beauty and fashion categories. Runway is both a fashion and performance category; posing, effect and walk is key. 

Come and practice your runway! A session is not a workshop, but a space for exchange of tricks and struts with other runway divas. Both European runway (feminine walk) and American runway (masculine walk) are welcome! At sessions you can just come as you are, but heels are highly recommended, if you walk European runway. If you are new to the category we will happily instruct you.

Runway sessions are free and for everyone with an interest in ballroom and the Runway category. 

Runway sessions take place at Støberiet, 3rd floor. Entrance from Blågårds Plads 5.
