Launch Party for ’ANGLES /On Political Anger’

The zine is a collaborative creation of pieces on political anger with contributions from 14 social science students.

The doors open at 19:30, and at 20:30, the organizers will introduce ANGLES and the anger studies network. Following the introduction, some contributors will read their pieces and show an ethnographic video.

ANGLE (Anger, Legitimised) is a research project based at the Department of Anthropology at the University of Copenhagen funded by the European Research Council. It explores how anger moves, sticks, amplifies, and get legitimised across various political and social contexts today. One of the project’s goals is to launch a global network of anger studies bringing together researchers, students, artists, and activists.
ANGLES is a student-led leg of this network, where we engage with anger from different angles. We organise reading groups, talks, workshops, labs, and ZINES!
